1. Who we are

Navish ("we", "us") is a digital marketing and branding agency. Our website is https://www.navissh.com. You can reach us at hello.navish@gmail.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what choices you have.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (with country code), the service you are interested in, your business name or website if you add it, and your message. If you email or message us directly, we receive what you send.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. It records things like pages viewed, approximate location (city or region), device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and actions such as scrolling, clicking our email or social links, and submitting the contact form. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers to do this.

Hosting and security data. Our website host receives standard server data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

3. How we use it

We use your contact details and message to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and manage our working relationship if you become a client. We use analytics data to improve the website and our marketing. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for automated decisions that significantly affect you.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run this website. They process data on our behalf.

FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives the contact form and forwards it to our email inbox.
Google provides Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Fonts. Google Fonts may receive your IP address when fonts load.
Vercel hosts the website.
Gmail (Google) holds the emails we receive.

These providers may process data outside India. We only share your information with others if the law requires it, or with your permission.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits and understand how people use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using the site.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period we set in Analytics, currently up to 14 months.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw any permission you gave us, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. To do any of these, email hello.navish@gmail.com and we will reply within a reasonable time. If you are in India, you also have the rights given by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to raise a grievance with us first and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption on this website. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Links to other sites

Our site links to Instagram, LinkedIn and other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.

10. Children

This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
